APHIE'S RANTS AND PIECES
January 01, 2006 - 9:41 p.m. - Happy New Year to Me...the kickass season shall commence Usually I don't do this but... I want to give a shout out to the company I work for and thank them for giving us a week off. I have been off since the 23rd to return on the 3rd (this Tuesday). Since then, it's been sheer bliss, it's been so much me time than I know what to do with. It's been a time to reflect, ponder, waste away, sleep away, go to Starbucks in the morning and commingle, wash my car, wash my hair, update all my journals, surf every possible website there is, read my Anthony Kiedis book, work on my newfound Gavin obsession, resuscitate my Keanu obsession, splurge, and just BE at BE.com. It's been wonderful. I needed this more than you can imagine and it's been one of the best, most relaxing reflective periods of my life. And with all things possible, being that this year's vacation calendar is out and we still get a week off in December 2006, hopefully I shall be a part of that. Then, I can maybe plan a vacation away or not. Or maybe I can just sit back and just Be Me some more. Nothing better than that. Thank you God, and thank you for giving me this company to work at (for). I promise I shall try to lose weight this year. For Real!
